This policy explains what NeverMissai LLC (“NeverMiss”, “we”) collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It covers our website, our services, and our phone and text messaging.

Mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: business name, contact name, phone number, email address and business address.
Call information: the time, duration and outcome of calls between us, notes taken by our staff, and call recordings where recording is active and disclosed.
Message information: the content and delivery status of text messages sent to or from us, and the record of your consent to receive them.
Website information: pages visited and basic technical data such as browser type, collected to keep the site working.

How we use it

To answer, return and follow up on calls on behalf of our clients.
To send text messages you have agreed to receive.
To keep records of consent, opt-outs and do-not-contact requests — which is how we honour them.
To provide, support, secure and improve our services.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Text messaging and consent

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Consent is normally given verbally during a phone call with a member of our team, or by you texting us first. We record when consent was given, how it was obtained, and who recorded it.

Message frequency varies and depends on your own enquiry — messages are conversational follow-ups to a call you took part in, not a recurring broadcast. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. We stop immediately and permanently, and we cancel anything already scheduled. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for full messaging terms.

Call recording

Some calls are recorded for quality and training. Where recording is active you are told at the start of the call. California is an all-party consent state; if you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will stop or end the call.

Who we share information with

We share information only where it is needed to run the service:

Service providers who operate parts of our platform on our behalf — telephony, messaging, hosting and scheduling — and only to the extent needed to perform that work.
Our clients, where we answer calls in their name, so they can serve their own customers.
Legal authorities, where we are required by law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes, as stated above.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records, consent records and call history for as long as we provide services and for as long afterwards as we are required to for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Do-not-contact records are kept indefinitely, because keeping them is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.

Your choices

Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
Stop calls: tell us on any call, or email us. We add you to our permanent do-not-call list.
Access or deletion: email us and we will respond. Note that we retain do-not-contact records even after deletion requests, precisely so the request keeps being honoured.

Security

We restrict access to personal information to people who need it, and we protect credentials and stored data with industry-standard measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
