SMS Opt-In & Consent

NeverMissai LLC · Program name: NeverMiss · Last updated 10 August 2026

This page documents exactly how NeverMissai LLC obtains permission to send text messages, the words used to obtain it, what we record, and how to stop. It exists because our consent is collected verbally on a live phone call — there is no web form or checkout to review, so this page is the record of the flow instead.

The short version

The exact words we use

Every agent reads this aloud, verbatim, before recording consent. It is served to the agent's screen from a single source at the moment of the call, so it cannot drift from what is published here:

“Before I let you go — is it alright if I text you from NeverMiss at this number about what we just went through? It would only be follow-ups about your own enquiry — a handful of messages, when there is actually something to tell you, not a mailing list. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. Is that okay?”

If you say no, the agent says:

“No problem at all — I will not text you. I have made a note of that.”

Declining costs you nothing. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive texts is never required to use our service, receive a quote, or book anything.

Required disclosures, and where each one is made

Each row is a disclosure required at the point of consent, and the exact clause of the script above that satisfies it.

Required disclosureThe words that satisfy it
Identifies who is sending (brand/program name)“text you from NeverMiss at this number”
States what the messages are about“only be follow-ups about your own enquiry”
Discloses message frequency“a handful of messages, when there is actually something to tell you, not a mailing list”
Discloses that rates may apply“Message and data rates may apply”
Gives opt-out instructions“you can reply STOP at any time to stop them”
Consent is an explicit question, not an assumption“Is that okay?”

What we record when you say yes

Consent is written to our CRM during the call, not afterwards from memory. Each record stores:

Our database will not store a consent flag that lacks a timestamp and a source, so consent cannot be asserted in our system without that evidence attached.

How you opt out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Opting out is immediate and permanent, and it also cancels any message that was already scheduled to go to you. You can opt back in by replying START. You may also ask any agent, on any call, to put you on our permanent do-not-contact list.

When we send

Messages are sent only between 8:00am and 9:00pm in your local time zone. A message that would fall outside that window is held until the window opens.
