SMS Opt-In & Consent
NeverMissai LLC · Program name: NeverMiss · Last updated 10 August 2026
This page documents exactly how NeverMissai LLC obtains permission to send text messages, the words used to obtain it, what we record, and how to stop. It exists because our consent is collected verbally on a live phone call — there is no web form or checkout to review, so this page is the record of the flow instead.
The short version
- How you opt in: you tell a real person, out loud, on a call you were already part of. Nothing else opts you in.
- We never buy or import lists. No number is ever texted without a stored consent record naming who took it and when.
- Message frequency varies and is one-to-one — follow-ups about your own enquiry, not a recurring broadcast.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply
STOP. For help: replyHELP. - No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The exact words we use
Every agent reads this aloud, verbatim, before recording consent. It is served to the agent's screen from a single source at the moment of the call, so it cannot drift from what is published here:
“Before I let you go — is it alright if I text you from NeverMiss at this number about what we just went through? It would only be follow-ups about your own enquiry — a handful of messages, when there is actually something to tell you, not a mailing list. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. Is that okay?”
If you say no, the agent says:
“No problem at all — I will not text you. I have made a note of that.”
Declining costs you nothing. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive texts is never required to use our service, receive a quote, or book anything.
Required disclosures, and where each one is made
Each row is a disclosure required at the point of consent, and the exact clause of the script above that satisfies it.
| Required disclosure | The words that satisfy it |
|---|---|
| Identifies who is sending (brand/program name) | “text you from NeverMiss at this number” |
| States what the messages are about | “only be follow-ups about your own enquiry” |
| Discloses message frequency | “a handful of messages, when there is actually something to tell you, not a mailing list” |
| Discloses that rates may apply | “Message and data rates may apply” |
| Gives opt-out instructions | “you can reply STOP at any time to stop them” |
| Consent is an explicit question, not an assumption | “Is that okay?” |
What we record when you say yes
Consent is written to our CRM during the call, not afterwards from memory. Each record stores:
- the date and time consent was given;
- which agent took it, by name;
- how it was obtained (verbal on a live call, or an inbound text from you);
- your own words, recorded verbatim as the evidence.
Our database will not store a consent flag that lacks a timestamp and a source, so consent cannot be asserted in our system without that evidence attached.
How you opt out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will
get one confirmation and then nothing further. Opting out is immediate and
permanent, and it also cancels any message that was already scheduled to go to
you. You can opt back in by replying START. You may also ask any
agent, on any call, to put you on our permanent do-not-contact list.
When we send
Messages are sent only between 8:00am and 9:00pm in your local time zone. A message that would fall outside that window is held until the window opens.
What the messages look like
Representative examples of the actual traffic:
- “Hi Dana, this is Liam at NeverMiss - sorry we missed you just now. Reply here any time and a real person will get back to you. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Hi Marcus, Liam at NeverMiss following up as promised on the missed-call cover we discussed. Is now still a good time? Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Thanks Priya - you are booked in with NeverMiss. We will text a reminder before the call. Reply STOP to opt out.”
